The Topping off Ceremony for Bayley at Green Township was celebrated Thursday, June 15, 2023. This ceremony celebrates the milestone of having all three wings of the new building under roof!

The Life Plan Community of Bayley at Green Township is an extension of the Bayley campus located in Delhi.  The community is adding 80 new Independent Living apartments to the Bayley family of services including Assisted Living, Memory Care, Rehabilitative Services and Skilled Nursing.  Bayley at Green Township’s residents will have priority access to the full continuum of care at the Delhi Campus.

There are four styles of apartments including  the 1 bedroom 1.5 bath style, the Laurel; the 1 bedroom 1.5 bath plus a den style, the Chestnut; and two distinct styles of 2 bedroom, 2 bath styles, the Cherrybark and the Scarlet.

All apartments come with one assigned parking space in the under-building parking garage, fully equipped kitchen plus an in-apartment washer and dryer, scheduled transportation, a flexible meal program, housekeeping, a robust event calendar, apartment maintenance and landscaping for a  stress-free lifestyle where you can truly retire and thrive.

Turner Construction Company provides the onsite management of the construction process. Occupancy is expected  in early 2024. Deposits are now being taken to assure the style and location preferred.
