My name is Erin Wauligman and I have been working in healthcare for the past 15 years. I began my healthcare journey as a nurse, eventually progressing to get my Bachelors in Healthcare Management, then my Masters in Business Administration. I started my administrator journey in 2019, officially becoming a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in 2021. One of my passions is to continuously grow and learn new things, as well as helping others grow in their goals. I am originally from Columbus, however I have been living on the west side for the past 4 years. On my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, tending to my indoor plants, and going to Bengals games with my husband (Adam). I have four children, Chloe-10, Layla-7, Jonah-3, and Willow Mae-8 months. I am very excited to be joining the Bayley team and look forward to this next chapter in my life
