To the Bayley Senior Care Community,

On June 1, 2024, Adrienne Walsh will retire from Bayley after serving 25 years in the Bayley Community, with 19of those years as its esteemed President and CEO. We are thankful for her tireless leadership and unwavering spirit in bringing Bayley forth to what it is today — a recognized leader in providing senior care services in Greater Cincinnati and Southwestern Ohio.

On behalf of the Bayley Board of Directors, I am pleased to announce the appointment of Bill Coury, MBA, LNHA, to the position of President and CEO of Bayley Senior Care. Bill has been in the senior living industry for almost 20 years, not including his time washing dishes in a small nursing home when he was 15 years old, and also as an STNA during his collegiate summers, where his passion for working with senior adults was first recognized. Bill's most recent position was as Regional Director of Operations for Brookdale Senior Living--CCRC East Region. He has also held positions in the Cincinnati area at Senior Lifestyle Corporation-Evergreen and Wellspring and also at Hillandale, Chesterwood Village. Bill earned his MBA from Charleston Southern University in Charleston, South Carolina and his BS in Business Administration from The Citadel Military College of South Carolina. Bill has accepted his new position with great enthusiasm and is excited to build on the wonderful and caring community of Bayley as we look to the future.

Bill will begin employment at Bayley on April 9, 2024 transitioning into his new role as incoming President and CEO alongside current President and CEO, Adrienne Walsh, until her retirement date.
