Bill Coury, MBA, LNHA, was appointed as President and CEO of Bayley Senior Care on June 1, 2024.
With nearly two decades of experience in the senior living industry, Bill’s journey began humbly, washing dishes at a nursing home at the age of 15. His passion for serving seniors blossomed during his collegiate summers as an STNA. Bill’s extensive experience includes roles at prominent organizations such as Brookdale Senior Living, Senior Lifestyle Corporation, and Hillandale. Bill’s dynamic and capable leadership, coupled with his deep-rooted compassion for seniors, make him the perfect steward to guide Bayley into the future. Bill and his family live in Loveland.
